Does not send texts. Waste of time!

I am totally in love with this app, and use it every single day, and have for many years! For those who want this app to send the message for you, it doesnt. That is not the fault of the developer, but is a restriction imposed on developers by Apple. With that said, my version of future text is messing up badly right now. I cant see that there is an update available. Please inform me what to do or create an update! Im lost without this awesome app!!!

It kinda worked at the beginning; on and off. It does not completely work since the last apple system upgrade in sep/16.

This App Will just pre-write the message and youll just have to press the send button. But it wont send it automatically. So its not real programming! :-(

Under the description of this app it implies that it will send out your text to your contact at a set date and time, however all it actually does is send you a notification to send the text. Which doesnt help if you want to send someone a birthday message right at 12am but you have work the following morning btw.. Pointless and crap.

Awful! Didnt even send the texts! Had no clue until now, several months after using the app regularly. I thought everyone I sent futuretexts too hated me after not replying back!!!!

Misleading and does not work

Dont waste your time this doesnt send them --just reminds u to send them. Misleading.

Tried number of time, doesnt do except for reminding yourself.

it doesnt text by itself which was the whole point of me getting the app otherwise no point you can just set alarm!!!

As far as I can tell, this app doesnt send automated delayed texts -- it just gives you a reminder. This is especially weird because it asks you to select a recipients # from your contacts, and write out a text in addition to selecting a date/time. But there is no purpose for any of that, if all it does is give you an alarm.

This is a misrepresented alarm app, it will never send a text out. Judging by the other reviews, they care not about scamming.

Downloaded to send msg on schedule. It only sends me a reminder to send a msg. I have to press send for it to go out. Wanted it to send the msg when I cant like while in a meeting or my phone not on Hand. I deleted it. No good for me

I would give it 5 stars if it let you edit the texts after you schedule them but BEFORE the scheduled time to be sent. I can see what the text says before the reminder, but I cant even highlight / copy & paste from that view. If I dont like the time / wording, I have to delete and start from scratch.

It doesnt work. Dont even bother. It doesnt actually send the text for you (like it says it will) it just reminds you to send it. How lame and dishonest of the app.

The app works, most of the time. Would give it a 5 if fixed: 1. Give the chance to edit the reminded text upon being prompt. 2. Give the option to snooze sending the SMS upon alert. 3. Give the option to change delivery date upon alert. 4. If you use a passcode to unlock the iPhone and also have another calendar event beeping at the same time of your SMS reminder, you WILL LOSE the SMS. No way or form to get it back. For the rest, works good.
